Icecream sandwich cake

This recipe is so easy to make and super yummy! But the credit goes to our auntie Jesintha that taught us how to make it! Make your own homemade Icecream cake for your next birthday party it's a great hit!

Icecream sandwich Cake Recipe

8X8 pan
10-12 Icecream sandwiches
3-4 cups of whipping cream
3 boxes of candy coated chocolates ( smashed up)
12 oreo cookies ( smashed up)
Caramel icecream topping
Chocolate icecream topping

Lay down about 5-6 icecream sandwiches in your 8X8 pan. You may have to cut one in order to fit them all in. Then layer 1 1/2 cups of whip cream. Sprinkle oreo's and smarties on top and drizzle both the caramel and chocolate on top. Add another layer of icecream sandwiches. You might need 1 more sandwich on top if you pan is wider at the top. Then add another 1-2 cups of whipping cream on top. You can sprinkle the top with whatever you like- we used some left over oreo crumbs. Freeze for at least 2-4 hours. Cut with warmed knife (run under hot water). You can easily double this recipe using a 9X13 pan just add more icecream sandwiches and follow same directions.
You can make different variations of icecream cake too. Mix different cookies and candies for endless yumminess!!
