The Easy cake pop recipe is so simple to make and alot of fun.
Double chocolate Cake pops Recipe
1 1/2 slab of chocolate cake
1/4-1/2 cup of frosting (we used butter cream)
Good dipping chocolate (we used callebaut)
about 20 skewers cut to size or lollipop sticks
Crumble cake into a bowl. mix in 1/4-1/2 cup of frosting and mix. It should stick together like play dough. Add a little frosting at a time for the right consistency. Form a 2-3 inch ball around and put in on a stick. Prop the sticks in a piece of Styrofoam so they can stand up straight. Put in freezer for about 30 min. Melt dipping chocolate and dip each cake pop inside. Set them back into standing position and let them sit for about 1 min. Then decorate them as desired. We use skor bits. They are delicious and a great alternative to a cupcake. Hope you enjoy our video tutorial
