Veggie Pizza is great for lunch, a snack or appetizer snack for parties. Really easy to make and you can make it how you like it.
Veggie Pizza
1 can of pilsbury cresent rolls (reduced fat)
1/2 block of cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup of miracle whip (dressing)
1 Tbsp of Dill weed
Toppings:
Peppers chopped
broccoli pieces (break them up to smaller pieces)
carrots shredded
cheese shredded
Begin with setting your oven to 375°. take the cresent roll dough and roll it out into a 8x8 pan. Press the dough into the pan till there are no more creases in the dough. Bake for 9-12 min till golden brown. Let cool for about 15-20 min. Now mix 1/2 block of cream cheese and miracle whip dressing until smooth. Then add 1 Tbsp of of dillweed. Then spread cream cheese mixture ontop of your baked dough. Add your toppings as desired. Cut into squares, serve and enjoy!
Tips: Leave cream cheese on counter for a bit to soften. It makes it alot easier to mix. The smaller the veggies you put on your pizza the more you will get on each slice your cut.
