Mini apple pie

Mini apple pie Recipe
1 Can of pilbury cinnamon buns
2-3 apples
1/2 sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping crumble
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp of melted butter

Preheat your oven to 350°(175c. You should start by making the crumle mixture. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, cinnamon rolled oats and butter and set aside.Peel and slice the apples into little cubes and place them in lemon juice water so they won't brown. Drain from the lemon water. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and the 1 tsp of cinnamon into the apples and mix well.Set aside. Take the cinnamon buns and press them into the muffin pan, making a pocket or like a pie crust shape.Scoop some apples and fill to the top of your crust. When your done filling them all up it time to get your crumble mixture. Take the crumble mixture and sprinkle it ontop of each mini pie. Bake your mini pies for 15-20 minutes till they are a golden brown. When they rise they will look like muffins. Serve warm with a scoop of icecream on the side or drizzle caramel icecream topping on top for a different flavor. Enjoy! Makes 8 mini pies.
